Our goal is to make children’s healthcare better, today.
Invincikids Co-Design Guidlines
The Invincikids Co-Design Guidebooks were created to ensure that children’s voices are at the center of how we design immersive technologies for healthcare. These handbooks provide practical methods, safety considerations, and step-by-step guidance for including pediatric patients and community members as active design partners. Their purpose is to help clinicians, caregivers, and developers create solutions that are not only innovative but also relevant, sensitive, and meaningful to the children they serve.
We are proud to acknowledge Nitya Jani, Invincikids’ 2025 Summer Intern, for her leadership in producing these guidebooks. Drawing on her expertise in human-computer interaction, accessibility research, and participatory design, Nitya helped shape these resources into actionable tools for clinical and community settings. Her thoughtful contributions reflect Invincikids’ mission to advance child-centered innovation in healthcare, and we are grateful for her vision and dedication.
