Powered by ManageXR our suite of applications is designed for seamless deployment in healthcare settings, ensuring a distraction-free and immersive experience for patients. These VR applications operate without the need for WiFi once installed and prioritize patient privacy by not collecting identifiable information.

Engaging Distraction Through Interactive Play

Design Intent:

Our arcade-style VR games offer quick, engaging, and interactive experiences that are easy to pick up and play. These games are designed to keep patients entertained and distracted during medical procedures, making treatments less stressful. They encourage movement and are optimized for both passive and active play, ensuring accessibility for all.

Games:

Experience: Interactive, arcade-style games that you can jump into and out of quickly.

Use Case: Quick, casual games are good for kids of all ages because they’re easy to understand and play. They’re a great intro-to-VR experience and are a good opportunity to share the VR headset around the room. They are more active, which can lead to greater distraction. We use them to distract kids during medical procedures such as IV placement, hormone implants, nasal endoscopies, cast removal, wound care, physical therapy.

 

Relaxation/Meditation:

Use Case: These experiences allow patients to relax in a comfortable, new environment.

Choreography transforms into glowing trails that swirl, leap, and flow around you—inviting children to watch, wonder, and even join in at their own pace. Designed to spark imagination, support well-being, and celebrate creativity, this low-barrier experience brings moments of joy, color, and movement into hospital rooms and everyday spaces.

​Donated Device Management Services

Our suite of applications are managed through a platform called ManageXR. Our applications were purposely developed so that they do not need a wifi connection once loaded on a headset.  Our applications do not collect any identifiable patient information.  Below you will see more information regarding our applications on ManageXR.

ManageXR is an enterprise-grade management platform designed to streamline the deployment and management of XR (Extended Reality) devices, including VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) headsets across various sectors like education, healthcare, and enterprise environments. This platform addresses the challenges of working with XR technology at scale by offering solutions for distributing content, customizing user experiences, and troubleshooting devices remotely, thus eliminating the need for physical handling of the devices for updates or configurations.  Invincikids software was developed intentionally to avoid collection of any personally identifiable information, and ManageXR was born out of the desire to be able to deploy software directly on headsets or remotely in medical settings. Once software is loaded on headsets they are no longer required to connect to the internet. With the locked down kiosk feature we are able to curate what software is available on the devices so that users are only able to run software that is offered in the configuration.  (below is a sample configuration on a Meta Quest 2, 3 or 3s)

 

Key features of ManageXR include the ability to deploy libraries of apps, files, videos, and WebXR links, monitor fleet activity and health, and simplify the user experience through kiosk mode and customizable XR home screens. ManageXR is particularly noted for its powerful tools that save time and enhance the security and efficiency of XR deployments, with specific solutions tailored for enterprise use, educational purposes, and healthcare applications. Their tools facilitate device configuration, content deployment, device experience customization, and real-time device management. ManageXR also offers analytics for data-driven decision-making and enterprise-grade security features, ensuring SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance for protecting hardware, intellectual property, and user data.

 

The company behind ManageXR, was initially motivated by the potential of XR in healthcare, was founded in collaboration with the Stanford CHARIOT Program in 2017. They developed VR applications aimed at improving patient outcomes and realized the need for a scalable XR deployment solution, leading to the creation of ManageXR. Today, ManageXR is utilized by organizations in over 4000 cities and 100+ countries worldwide, underlining its global impact on how enterprises, educational institutions, and healthcare providers implement XR technology
