This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of our website (our “Website”), patients who use our VR headset software (our “Software”), and members of the Invincikids Consortium (the “Consortium”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Registration Information. If you sign up to become a member of the Consortium, we ask you for your first and last name, e-mail address, field of practice, company, type of technology you work with, and how you heard about us.

For example, when you contact us via e-mail, we will receive your e-mail address and the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our Consortium newsletter, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your e-mail address.

 

Careers and Partnerships. If you decide that you wish to partner or apply for a job with us, you may submit your information online, including your first and last name, e-mail address, field of practice, company, type of technology you work with, and how you heard about us.

 

Payment Information for Donations. If you make a donation on our Website, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.

 

B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Website Services.

VR Headset Information. When you use our Services through our VR headset Software, we receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address and device serial number.

 

Software Usage Information. When you use our Services through our VR headset Software, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, such as the app or game you use and how long you use it.

Children’s Privacy

 

We understand how important privacy is to our community, especially the privacy of children who use our Services.  We collect some very limited information from children when they use our Software, such as the serial number and IP address of the VR devices they use through our Services; however, this information is not directly associated with any particular child, and the information is only used to support our internal operations.

International Visitors

Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Services. By providing any information, including personal information, on or to the Services, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
